Caballeros ships to various countries worldwide. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 (two) business days after payment confirmation. This does not include shipping time.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are shown before completing your purchase.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly indicated in the store.

5. Monitoring

All orders are shipped with a tracking code. Customers will receive a tracking link via email once the order has been shipped.

6. International Rights and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, depending on the laws of the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Delivery Problems

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient's absence, or any logistical issues, we will contact the customer for reshipment. Additional charges may apply.
