At Caballeros, we believe in intentional products — and transparent relationships.

If something doesn't meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange under the conditions described below.

1. Application Period

You may request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection laws.

2. Product Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted.

3. Exchanges

You may request an exchange for a different model, color, or item of equivalent value, subject to availability.

4. Returns and Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days, using the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
  • For defective items or shipping errors, Caballeros will cover return shipping costs.

Please email support@usecaballeros.com with your order number, the reason for your request, and photos of the product (if applicable).
